Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS
To complete your return, we require
1) A receipt or proof of purchase.
2) If due to shipping damage we will need a picture of the product and packaging received (with a clear picture of the label with tracking information clearly visible).
3) If item is poor quality, we will require a picture of the issue/damage.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted but not guaranteed:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Personalization
We do our best to make personalized gift-giving easy, fast and letter-perfect -- we guarantee it!
Our buyers expect the highest quality gifts, which we then customized just for you! We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at help@nfrdesigns.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.
Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect NFR Designs or any of our carriers (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc). Thank you for understanding.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us immediately for a return label via help@nfrdesigns.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
