Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please click the 'Start a Return' link located under the product options on the product page. Follow the step-by-step instructions to receive your RMA number. Items sent back without an RMA number will not be accepted

  • Standard Returns: If the customer is changing their mind, they are responsible for the return shipping cost (which your system appears to automate via the flat rate).

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Explicitly state that if the item is broken or the wrong product was sent, Nifty Decor & More will cover the return shipping cos

Refund ($) Timeline:

  • Inspection: 10 business days after receipt.

  • Bank Processing: An additional 5–15 business days depending on their institution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Notify us immeditately at service@nfrdesigns.com with pictures of the issue.

Personalization
Personalized items are Final Sale unless there is a manufacturing error. Your settings currently show 72 products marked as "Final Sale"—ensure all your custom/engraved items are included in that list so the "Start a Return" link doesn't appear for them automatically.

Again, We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects.  If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.  Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it!  We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order.  Check spelling, dates and names carefully.  You are welcome to email us at service@nfrdesigns.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order.  We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.  

Understandably, we accept refunds for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect NFR Designs or any of our carriers (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc).   However, customer is responsible for shipping the return.  Thank you for understanding.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us immediately for a return label via service@nfrdesigns.com.
