What if I change my mind on the Custom items?

Because our personalized pieces are handcrafted specifically for you, we begin the production process almost immediately. We are happy to offer a full refund or changes within 24 hours of your order. After this window, the item is considered in production and is no longer eligible for cancellation or return.

Is your product eco-friendly?

We are committed to mindful manufacturing. By cutting and powder-coating all of our metal designs in-house, we maintain strict control over our waste management and environmental impact. For our apparel, we partner with specialized printers in Florida to reduce transit emissions. We strictly adhere to all environmental guidelines to ensure hazardous materials are handled responsibly and waste is kept to an absolute minimum

How are the oversized "Design Shop" items shipped?

Our larger resin pieces—including our 24" bunnies, nutcrackers and busts—require specialized care. To ensure the safety of our larger resin pieces, we bypass standard postal services in favor of dedicated heavy-goods networks via UPS and FedEx. By utilizing their specialized 'Large Package' handling protocols, your order is manually sorted and moved outside of high-volume automated conveyor systems, significantly reducing the risk of transit damage.

Why is there an 'Oversized Handling Fee' on some items?

Items over 18 inches or those with delicate details (like our balancing tea cups) are excluded from our standard free shipping promotion. This fee covers the cost of the heavy-duty packaging and the additional surcharges applied by carriers for 'Large Package' handling. This ensures your statement piece isn't just shipped, but protected.

Do you ship multiple oversized items together?

To prevent damage during transit, we often ship our large resin pieces in separate boxes. If you order a bundle, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. This is the safest way to ensure that each item has the space and protection it needs.

What should I do when my oversized item arrives?

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If you notice any significant damage to the external box, please take a photo before opening it. In the rare event that the item inside is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can begin the replacement process for you.
