We know some things don't always go as planned and we want your event or gift giving experience to be as perfect as possible. That's why if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to work with you on fixing any issues that may arise.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will replace any product free of charge and pay for shipping to return the damaged or wrong item. We must receive tracking notification that the damaged or wrong item is on its way prior to replacement items being sent.

Unfortunately, shipping cannot be rushed or upgraded after an order had been placed. With so many orders flowing through shipping facilities, it is difficult to retroactively make any changes to the timing of arrival.
