Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Custom and personalized items may require additional production time. Current turnaround times are always listed on individual product pages.
Please note:
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $40 within the contiguous United States (excluding oversized items).
Oversized or fragile items may require an additional handling fee to ensure proper protective packaging and safe transit.
Oversized & Fragile Items
Select large décor pieces and specialty items require reinforced packaging and special carrier handling. These items will have a clearly stated oversized shipping fee at checkout.
We take extra care to minimize transit damage on fragile pieces.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Return Policy

At NFR Designs, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help. Please review our specific return windows and procedures below.
1. Return Windows

Clothing & Apparel: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Home Decor & All Other Items: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the nature of laser engraving and embroidery, personalized items are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless there is an error in our craftsmanship.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
3. The Return Process (RMA Number)
To ensure your return is processed accurately and timely, we require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Request a Number: Email us at serve@nfrdesigns.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with an RMA number to attach to your account and package.

Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return packaging. Please note: Packages received without a valid RMA number may experience significant delays or may be rejected.
4. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our Error: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), NFR Designs will provide a pre-paid shipping label and cover all costs to rectify the mistake.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
6. Damaged Items
If your item (especially our oversized resin pieces) arrives damaged from transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and product so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you immediately.
