Return Policy

We want you to know that your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you don’t love what you purchased from us, you’re welcome to return most items within 30 days of the purchase date. We’ll gladly assist you along the way. Here’s some helpful information about our return policy: 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is the result of our error.
  • A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund unless the return is a result of our error.
  • Refunds will be sent to your original form of payment once items are received.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 days to process once we receive the item. 
  • All items must be returned in new or like-new condition, complete with their original packaging. 
  • We reserve our right to reject items that are ineligible for a return.
  • Custom items are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

To return an item for a refund, click here to go to our returns portal and follow the steps.*** After selecting items and quantities to return, a prepaid return label will be generated for you to use to ship items back to us. Once we receive the return, we’ll issue a refund, less $10 shipping fees, to your original form of payment. Refunds typically take 5-10 days to process once we receive the items. 

Changed your mind? After an order is placed, you may cancel the order as long as it has not shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Support Team ASAP if you would like to cancel an order. Once shipped, a $10 return fee will be applied.

Damaged or Defective Items

Nifty Decor and More is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Most shipping services include up to $100 coverage for loss or damage. While we are not liable for carrier damage/loss, please reach out to our support team at Contact Us so we can assist you in the claims process or provide the necessary documentation.

PRO TIP: It is a best practice to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photos are required so be prepared to take an pictures needed.

Incorrect Items

Occasionally, we mess up. If you received an incorrect item, we'll work quickly to make sure you get the right item. Simply fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Include the order number and a picture of the item that's incorrect. Once received, we'll email you a return label for the incorrect item to be sent back and ship the correct item to you. 

Drop-Ship Returns

Drop-shipped items are rare and do not follow our standard return policy. To know if an item is drop-shipped, the "Availability" section will say that the product ships directly from the vendor's warehouse.

Drop-shipped items are not eligible for preference-based returns. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us via the form on the Contact Us page within 30 days of the order. To expedite processing time, please include pictures of the item as well as the order number. Most drop-ship returns take 2-3 weeks to process. Additional delays may occur due to factors like seasonality and weather. 

International Returns

International returns are subject to different policies than US returns. We are not able to process prepaid international return labels for orders placed online. If you want to return an item or you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Include your name, contact information, and order number along with the item you want to return. A member of our team will gladly assist you from there.
