Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Request returns for clothing and apparel within 14 days of delivery, and for other eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The separate drop-ship and international procedures below apply to those items and orders.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is the result of our error.
• For standard domestic change-of-mind returns, customers purchase their own return label.
• Refunds will be sent to your original form of payment once items are received.
• Refunds typically take 5-10 days to process once we receive the item. 
• All items must be returned in new or like-new condition, complete with their original packaging. 
• We reserve our right to reject items that are ineligible for a return.
• Custom and personalized items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

Return Process

To request a return, submit your request through our returns portal. Wait for approval, an RMA number, and return instructions before shipping anything back. Clearly mark the RMA number on the return package. For standard domestic change-of-mind returns, purchase your own return label after authorization. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after receipt. Refunds typically take 5-10 days to process once we receive the items.

Changed your mind? After an order is placed, you may cancel the order as long as it has not shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Support Team ASAP if you would like to cancel an order. Once shipped, follow the return-request process above.

Damaged or Defective Items

Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at our expense. Separate drop-ship and international procedures apply as described below.

PRO TIP: It is a best practice to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photos are required so be prepared to take an pictures needed.

Incorrect Items

Drop-Ship Returns

Drop-shipped items are rare and do not follow our standard return policy. To know if an item is drop-shipped, the "Availability" section will say that the product ships directly from the vendor's warehouse.

Drop-shipped items are not eligible for preference-based returns. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us via the form on the Contact Us page within 30 days of the order. To expedite processing time, please include pictures of the item as well as the order number. Most drop-ship returns take 2-3 weeks to process. Additional delays may occur due to factors like seasonality and weather. 

International Returns

International returns are subject to different policies than US returns. We are not able to process prepaid international return labels for orders placed online. If you want to return an item or you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Include your name, contact information, and order number along with the item you want to return. A member of our team will gladly assist you from there.
